Regigigas is now located in the basement of Twist Mountain. Just like in Diamond and Pearl, I bet you need all three Regis to activate it and battle. The rest of Twist Mountain has a lot of trainers to battle. The experience will come in handy for the upcoming Elite Four rematch.
