Keldeo can be turned into it’s Resolution Form when it is brought to the forest outside of Floccesy Town. It must know the move Secret Sword and you have to bring Terrakion, Virizion, and Cobalion in your party. There is a special tree to interact with in order to change Keldeo’s form. If Secret Sword is deleted Keldeo will revert back to its Usual Form.
