Special occurrences in Black and White 2 allow you to catch Pokemon with their Dream World abilities. The first is an encounter with Minccino in the Hidden Burrow area. It comes at level 20 and has the Skill Link ability. Other Pokemon that can be caught this way include Amoonguss and Jellicent.
