Sceptile and Swampert Mega Evolutions Revealed
The rest of Chargestone Cave is very familiar. There are different trainer classes and even a rotational battle now. I can check out Mistralton City now that I’m through the cave.
Cheren hands out HM 03 Surf on Route 6. I was planning on going back to Chargestone Cave, but now that I have Surf I decided to check out Mistralton Cave. Cobalion is no longer there after it ambushed me on Route 6.
I battle some Team Plasma Grunts before they kick me off their boat. Afterwards, I check out the cave on the west side of the PWT. It ends up connecting to the Castelia City Sewers.
I entered my first tournament where I battle my rival, Cheren, and Corless. I sneak away with victories before finding myself on a Team Plasma boat.
Driftveil City Gym…Clay still specializes in Ground-type Pokemon. They’re no match for my Dewott. After defeating Clay, he runs off towards the Pokemon World Tournament.
I find Bianca blocking my way in the middle of Chargestone Cave. Afterwards, I go back to Driftveil where Clay’s gym is finally open.
Route 6 is greatly unchanged. There are still Foongus waiting to battle. I picked up a free Deerling from the Seasonal Institute.
Clay has been running wild in Driftveil. I don’t think there is a single building that hasn’t been upgraded in the entire city. There are also a lot of new digging sites surrounding the city.
Route 5 is very similar to BW1. There is a huge crowd around a biker you need to battle in a Rotation Battle in order to get to Driftveil Drawbridge.
Route 16 looks identical to BW. Lostlorn Forest has a few more trainers now. A mysterious character gives TM 95 Snarl before dashing away.
